Family Programs

Every year YMCA Camp Kern hosts a variety of programs for parents, campers, friends and families to come together to enjoy the fun and magic at Camp Kern! These programs are a great way to get out of the house, help foster relationships, and grow as family through fun programming and exciting adventures!

• April 19-21, 2024 (6 Yurts, 6 Standard Cabins)
• September 20-22, 2024 (6 Yurts, 6 Sugarwoods Cabins & 6 Caspers)
• October 4-6, 2024 (20 Standard Cabins & 6 Caspers) 

Week-Long Family Camp

• August 4-9, 2024 (6 Yurts)

Please note; YMCA Camp Kern is not a traditional 'campground' and can not typically accommodate RV's or tent camping and we usually do not rent out individual cabins, as they are being used by our groups or campers. Please contact our Group Rentals Department for our rental options.

If you are looking for a more traditional campground, we recommend Morgan's Campground, located just 5 minutes from YMCA Camp Kern.
