Get ready to grow, connect, and lead at our Spring Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Retreat!

This overnight experience is an opportunity for future camp leaders to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, develop teamwork, and connect with fellow CITs as they prepare for an exciting summer at the Y.

Through engaging activities, team-building experiences, and opportunities for personal growth, participants will explore what it means to be a positive role model and make a difference in the lives of others.
